  • Virtual classroom technology
  • Student portal and communication tools

Support Services

  • Academic counseling and guidance
  • Technical support for online platforms
  • Cultural events and conversation clubs

  • Career and educational pathway advice

3. Enrollment and Registration

Eligibility

To enroll in our courses, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years of age (students under 18 require parental consent)
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Have the necessary technology for online courses (if applicable)
  • Meet any course-specific prerequisites

4. Payment Terms

Tuition and Fees

  • All tuition and fees must be paid in full before course commencement
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice
  • Payment plans may be available for certain programs
  • Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

5. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all new enrollments. You may request a full refund within 30 days of your first class for any reason.

Standard Refund Policy

  • Before course start: 100% refund minus $50 administrative fee
  • Within first week: 90% refund
  • Within first two weeks: 75% refund
  • After two weeks: 50% refund for unused classes
  • After 50% course completion: No refund available

Special Circumstances

  • Medical emergencies: Full refund with medical documentation
  • Relocation: Prorated refund for students moving more than 50 miles away
  • Course cancellation by multiverbality: Full refund or transfer to equivalent course
  • Technical issues: Makeup classes or partial refunds for online course disruptions
Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Student Conduct and Responsibilities

Expected Behavior

All students are expected to:

  • Attend classes regularly and punctually
  • Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
  • Participate actively in class activities and discussions
  • Complete assignments and homework on time
  • Maintain academic honesty and integrity
  • Follow all classroom and online platform guidelines

Prohibited Conduct

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

  • Harassment, discrimination, or bullying of any kind
  • Disruptive behavior that interferes with learning
  • Sharing login credentials or course materials with unauthorized persons
  • Recording classes without explicit permission
  • Cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty
  • Using inappropriate language or content

Attendance and Participation

  • Regular attendance is essential for language learning success
  • Students missing more than 25% of classes may be dismissed without refund
  • Makeup classes may be available for excused absences
  • Online students must actively participate in virtual classes

Disciplinary Actions

Violations of conduct standards may result in:

  • Verbal or written warnings
  • Temporary suspension from classes
  • Dismissal from the program without refund
  • Restriction from future enrollment

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All content provided through our services is protected by intellectual property laws:

  • Use our materials for commercial purposes

Student Work

  • You retain ownership of original work you create during courses
  • multiverbality may use anonymized student work for educational or promotional purposes
  • Student testimonials and success stories may be used with permission

  • We are not responsible for third-party service disruptions

Effects of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to classes and materials will be discontinued
